Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order! Here’s our quick return policy:

Blank items: Returnable within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Printed/customised items: Non-refundable unless defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

Delivery
Please note that by selecting a specific delivery option, customers are denoting their preferred delivery partner and service level. However, we reserve the right to change the delivery option to an alternative delivery partner offering a comparable service level in order to maintain our overall service commitment.
FREE delivery is available to UK Mainland addresses on orders £120+
Please note: This will be sent using an Economy service, with delivery times up-to 5 working days.
For large orders consisting of more than 10 boxes, please contact us for the best price.
For countries not showing any delivery options, please contact us, as we may still be able to ship to your country.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Unprinted goods are normally processed and dispatched the same day when orders are received by 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday but this is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. If you require your items urgently, we recommend using a timed delivery service as these are given priority during packing.
If you select one of our standard delivery services, we will aim to process, pack and despatch your order before 4pm
Couriers and Royal Mail will make two delivery attempts. Thereafter you will need to make arrangements to collect your goods from the local depot or Post Office within the time specified by the carrier.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
INTAPRINT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY OR LOSS IN TRANSIT, THAT IS CONSIDERED BY US TO BE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Stock Availability
We try to provide accurate stock availability information. However, we cannot guarantee the item is in stock. Orders placed when the product is not in stock will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available. We will advise customers accordingly when items are not in stock. If an order contains in stock and out of stock items, we are happy to dispatch all the items in stock and forward the out of stock items asap (UK Mainland deliveries only).
Package Redirection
Once dispatched from our warehouse it is not possible to redirect packages sent by Royal Mail. Packages sent by courier (UK Mainland deliveries only) may be redirected but will incur a redirection charge.
Redirection charge (change of address after despatch) £8.50 + VAT.
N.B. The shipping address can be changed prior to despatch from our warehouse at no cost provided that your order hasn't been packed. Please call us to check and change your delivery address.
