Ordering

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Some products have a minimum order quantity, while others can be ordered from just one item. The quantity box and pricing table on each product page will show the available options.

Can I order a sample?

Where samples are available, you can select the sample option directly on the product page before ordering.

Artwork & Printing

What file types do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and JPEG files. For best results, please upload the highest quality artwork you have.

Do I need to add bleed to my artwork?

Yes. Please include at least 5mm of extra bleed around your artwork where possible. This helps prevent important parts of the design being cut off during trimming.

Can I send text only instead of artwork?

Yes. If you only need text printed, you can provide the wording with your order and we can set this up for you where suitable.

Delivery

How quickly are blank products dispatched?

Blank orders are usually dispatched quickly, often the same working day where stock is available and the order is placed before the cut-off time shown on the product page.

How long do printed orders take?

Printed orders usually dispatch within 10 working days. The estimated dispatch information is shown on the product page before ordering.

Returns

Can I return personalised products?

Personalised or custom printed products are usually made specifically for your order and cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
