Assembly Instructions

Using the C25 machine, MC-40C cutting matrix and UM-40 assembly tool

• Print out your photo or design
• Insert the MC-40C cutting matrix in to the C25 machine
• Align your image in the cutting matrix
• Cut out your image by pulling down on the handle
• Remove the cutting matrix from the machine
• Insert the UM-40 assembly tool in to the machine
• Place the keyring in to the assembly tool
• Insert your image in to one side of the keyring
• Align the clear acrylic insert over the top of your image
• Pull down the handle to press the acrylic insert into the keyring
• Repeat the last four steps above for the other side of the keyring
  

Additional Information

Blank MG-40D keyrings usually come bagged in 100's with the acrylic inserts bagged separately.

Printed MG-40D keyrings will come fully assembled with your approved design but can be left unassembled if required.
