Assembly Instructions
Using the C25 machine, MC-10C cutting matrix and UM-P10 assembly tool
- Print out your photo or design
- Insert the MC-10C cutting matrix in to the C25 machine
- Align your image in the cutting matrix
- Cut out your image by pulling down on the handle
- Remove the cutting matrix from the machine
- Insert the UM-P10 assembly tool in to the machine
- Place the badge in to the assembly tool
- Insert your image into the badge
- Align the clear acrylic insert over the top of your image
- Pull down the handle to press the acrylic insert into the badge
Additional Instructions
Blank P-10 badges usually come bagged in 100's with the clasps and acrylic inserts unassembled.
Printed P-10 badges will come fully assembled with your approved design but can be left unassembled if required.
